Channel Two
Rotating video art
On air since 2006
Televisions in hotel guest rooms and Proof on Main bar
As an extension of its mission to make art more accessible, 21c Museum is proud
to present Channel Two, a video artwork channel that debuted at opening in 2006.
Available for viewing in hotel guest rooms and in the Proof on Main bar, Channel
Two is dedicated to continually showcasing a rotating selection from 21c's library
of over 60 original video works by living contemporary artists. Past selections
have included work by moving-image pioneers such as Burt Barr, Abbas Kiarostami
and Bill Viola. Features change regularly, with recent highlights including new
work by artists Yinka Shonibare, Jay Bolotin, Mark Bradford and Anthony Goicolea.
New selections from our collection are being screened periodically, so stay tuned.
